After you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. After the order has been processed for shipping, you will receive another email with your shipping information including the tracking number IF applicable. The weight of your order determines whether it is sent by First Class Mail or Priority Mail. Point-to-point tracking may or may not be available on First Class Mail and Priority Mail as scanning is done at the discretion of the carrier.
Express Mail takes 1-2 days to be delivered depending on your location and costs $30.95. You have the option of selecting Express Mail on the Checkout page. Point-to-point tracking is furnished when orders are sent by Express Mail.
Any product showing IN STOCK is either on our shelves or on a truck en-route to us.
99% of the time, IN STOCK products are on our shelves, and ship same day or next day depending on what time the order is placed, via United States Postal Service (USPS).
PLEASE NOTE: At times we update product inventory quantities when we receive shipping notification from our supplier.
Very occasionally, the product you ordered may be on a truck on it's way to us, this can delay shipping 2-5 days. If your order is time-sensitive (Christmas gift, Birthday gift etc.) please make a comment during checkout, so we can do all possible to expedite the delivery of your order.
Shipping To US Military?
All APO/FPO addresses are considered to be United States addresses, even if the recipient is currently stationed in another country. (We ship to a military post within the USA, which then sends it overseas.)

All International Shipping Methods include up to $200 of insurance. Priority Mail and Express Mail charges are based on a maximum weight of 4 pounds and a maximum size of 11" X 7" X 1 3/4". We will contact you if your order requires additional postage.
These maximum weight and size amounts will cover most shipments for 1 or 2 knives.

Satisfaction Guarantee & Returns
Our satisfaction guarantee is simple… If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, return it within 30 days for an exchange on a different item or get a refund subject to the following terms: 1. Knives cannot be used or re-sharpened 2. All items must be in new condition as when sent 3. TKC custom handle scales cannot be installed 4. Packaging must be in new condition with all original paperwork 5. You must call prior to returning an item 6. A copy of the sales receipt with with a note written on it telling us what you want to do must be returned with the item.
If the above conditions are not met, a proportional amount of up to 50% may be deducted from the refund.
Exchanged items are subject to a $9.95 return shipping charge on U. S. A. orders. Exchanges for international orders are subject to a $9.95 exchange fee plus the shipping charges for the exchanged item being sent to the customer. Exchanges can ONLY be made for items that are in stock.
Refunds on all items are subject to a 10% Transaction Expense Recovery Fee, up to a maximum of $25.00. For example, a returned $500.00 knife will be subject to the $25.00 return fee, rather than the full 10%.
Returned items must be sent with the shipping prepaid (this includes items returned due to warranty issues). We suggest that you insure the package as you are responsible for risk of loss on all returned packages. We also suggest that you make sure to pack the container properly for return as theknifeconnection.net will not issue credit for product damaged while being sent back to us due to poor packaging and/or handling practices. Shipping on returned items is nonrefundable. We do not issue call tags for product returns. If an item is returned for an exchange, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost of the exchange item.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for closeout items.
Shipping charges are not refundable unless there is a defective item, or an error on our part that requires a return.
In this case we would pay for the shipping cost
but our obligation is to reimburse the customer for the lowest cost shipping method available through the United States Postal Service.
It is your responsibility to make sure that you received all of the items as shown on your packing slip. Failure to report shipping discrepancies within five days makes it difficult to accurately determine the problem so discrepancies reported after five days will not be credited regardless of circumstances.
