This #25 Barlow features one 1095 steel spear point blade. This blade offers good versatility whether using it for slicing a banana, cutting rope or trimming a piece of wood. The satin finish blade has a cutting edge of 2" and a nail nick for opening. The blade features a half stop.
The Handle Construction:
The handle length provides a solid four finger hold for most people. The handle scales are Goldenrod Jig Bone and the attaching pins and liners are brass. The three groove bolsters are nickel silver giving the knife a classy look. The handle scale edges are rounded and flush with the outside perimeter making the knife pleasant to hold. The fit and finish are excellent and the blade action is crisp when opening and closing.
