The Great Eastern Cutlery #H20 fixed blade knife is a simple knife and a great value. It is available with three different types of blades: Wharncliffe, Drop Point and Clip Point. These knives cover a wide range of uses from general utility to food preparation. The Blade(s):

This knife features 1095 carbon steel and has a Wharncliffe style blade with a full flat grind. The cutting edge is 2.57". This is a very popular style blade that works well for general utility use, piercing tasks, scoring and cutting on a flat surface such as a cutting board.

The Handle Construction:

The handle scales are Green Canvas Micarta and go well with a variety of color schemes. The attaching hardware are brass compression rivets and a brass lanyard tube. The handle is long enough for a four finger hold. The handle scales are rounded and flush with the outside perimeter making the knife comfortable to hold.
