Description
The Bark River Knives JX6 Companion was designed by Chris Tanner of Prepared Mind 101. It is a scaled down version of the JX4 Bushbat and does not include the finger ring. The blade features the same "Tanner style" cutting profile but has a higher grind to maximize the cutting efficiency of the smaller blade. The handle profile provides a secure grip no matter what position you have the knife in. The handle has a slight palm swell so that it is virtually self righting in the hand without having to look at it. The blade tip is lower than the JX4 so it is closer to the center line of the knife. You will find the JX6 Companion to be a very handy Every Day Carry size and it will still easily handle both hunting and small to medium bushcraft tasks.
A pouch style leather belt sheath with a rare earth magnet for secure retention is included
